Effective date: November 2, 2026
These Terms describe use of JP-Logan.com and its general business resources. The website is operated by JP LOGAN & ASSOCIATES, LLC, referred to below as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
1. Website scope and separate agreements
Our website provides information about business and brand development, done-with-you consulting, AI and automation, digital marketing, education, franchise development, and related services and referrals. Browsing the website or sending an inquiry does not by itself establish a paid engagement, partnership, agency relationship, or professional representation.
Work begins under an accepted proposal, order, or other agreement identifying the services, responsibilities, fees, and applicable terms. A specific written agreement governs its subject matter if it conflicts with these general website Terms. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Responsible website use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting assistance. Do not impersonate someone else, submit material you lack permission to share, interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or use our forms to send spam. If acting for an organization, you must have authority for any commitments you make on its behalf.
3. Consulting, implementation, and client responsibilities
Done-with-you services are collaborative. Deliverables, timelines, approvals, platform access, training, and ongoing support depend on the agreed scope. You remain responsible for your business decisions, the accuracy of information you supply, your approvals, and the lawful use of your own customer data and marketing lists.
Third-party software, advertising, subscriptions, licenses, and other expenses are included only when the offer or agreement expressly says so. Any change to scope or additional fees requires agreement before the additional work is undertaken.
4. AI-assisted work and human review
AI-generated or AI-assisted material can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review and validate outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or applying them to customers or business operations. The use of a tool does not establish that an output is original, accurate, legally compliant, or free of third-party rights.
These Terms do not give blanket permission to place your confidential information in an AI tool or train a model on your materials. If an engagement involves third-party AI processing of client information, the intended use and applicable safeguards must be addressed in the engagement arrangements and relevant privacy disclosures before that use.
5. Results and professional advice
We do not guarantee particular revenue, profit, funding, search rankings, audience growth, time savings, franchise approval, or investment results. Outcomes depend on factors that include your execution, resources, market conditions, and third-party platforms. Examples and educational materials are not promises of comparable results.
General business, AI, marketing, and educational content is not a substitute for advice from your own qualified legal, tax, accounting, investment, real-estate, or other regulated professional. Any separately regulated service or representation must be expressly identified in the relevant agreement and provided by an appropriately authorized person.
6. Offers, payments, cancellations, and refunds
Review the price, billing frequency, scope, delivery conditions, and cancellation or refund terms displayed with a particular offer before ordering. The accepted offer or agreement, together with applicable law, determines those obligations. These general Terms do not create an automatic renewal, a universal no-refund policy, or a new cancellation fee. If an offer is unclear, ask for clarification before paying.
Purchases made through an independent provider are subject to that provider’s terms as well as any terms specifically agreed with us. We do not control an independent provider’s payment processing or refund decisions.
7. Website content and client materials
Website text, branding, images, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to us or their respective owners. You may view the site and use a downloadable resource as permitted by its stated license. Do not resell, redistribute, or present protected material as your own without permission or another lawful basis.
You retain rights you already hold in materials you provide. The applicable agreement sets out ownership and permitted use of commissioned deliverables, templates, software, and third-party assets; third-party license terms also apply. Providing material for an inquiry or project permits its use to evaluate and carry out that request, not an unrestricted transfer of ownership.
8. Third-party services, referrals, and affiliate links
The site links to tools, businesses, directories, stores, franchise resources, real-estate resources, and other services. We may receive compensation through identified affiliate or referral links. Review the disclosure accompanying the recommendation or offer. A link does not make another provider’s website, claims, availability, privacy practices, or services our own. Review the destination’s terms and make your own assessment before providing information or purchasing.
9. Email, text messages, and support
Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond about that inquiry. It does not, by itself, constitute permission for unrelated promotional messages. Newsletter subscriptions and promotional text messages are subject to the applicable signup disclosures and consent requirements. Acceptance of these general Terms is not consent to promotional text messages.
For texts you have requested or agreed to receive, message frequency depends on the interaction or program, and message or data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to an incoming text or contact us to request that messages stop. Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email to stop that subscription. For assistance, contact us through the website or the address below. Support channels are not emergency services.
10. Privacy and information you submit
Our Privacy and Cookie Policy describes information handling associated with the website and related communications. A privacy notice does not replace consent where consent is required. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through a general inquiry or support form. Arrange an appropriate channel before supplying sensitive or confidential project materials.
11. Availability and limitations
Website information and third-party services may change or be unavailable. We aim to correct errors brought to our attention, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every resource is current or suitable for every purpose. Responsibility for paid services and any agreed limitations is addressed in the applicable service agreement and law; these website Terms do not waive non-excludable consumer protections.
12. Changes and questions
The effective date above identifies this version of the Terms. Changes will not automatically rewrite an existing signed agreement or retroactively change an already accepted purchase. Any additional notice or acceptance required by applicable law is separate from this page update.
